Third Party Policy

Pet Parent Third Party Policy

A Pet Parent that has booked full time care must ensure that their property is vacant and that no other person will be in the home apart from the Pet Care Providers.

Pets are always allowed to be present, and they all must be registered through us.

The Pet Parent is required to inform the Provider of a visitor and/or worker that may be arriving. No one else, besides the Pet Care Provider is allowed to enter the home, unless specified otherwise.

If there are arrangements in place for people such as (including, but not limited to) cleaners, gardeners and maintenance people to come in periodically to complete tasks or help maintain the home, then this is allowed.

If there are any arrangements in place, it MUST be shared with the Pet Care Provider (for example "gardener comes in once a week for 2 hours") before confirming the booking.

The Pet Parent should stipulate the potential for any third parties to be present during a booking by putting that information in their client profile and/or by disclosing this at the meet and greet.

Pet Care Provider Third Party Policy

A Pet Care Provider must not allow any third parties to enter a Pet Parent's property without the Client's prior consent.
