Clients can view Pet Care Journals (including pictures), sitter notes, and recent invoices from within their very own dashboard. In addition, Clients can request services, set up recurring bookings, communicate with us, update their pet info, make adjustments as needed and more.

First time clients- A meet and greet is required before a booking request can be accepted. Please see each Provider's profile on this website to see their individual pricing. You’ll also receive $20 off your first booking.

We operate based on time blocks. Please indicate the time ranges you would prefer when requesting services. Please notate the preferred time. We do our very best to get there closest to the time you'd prefer.

The prices listed on the app and on our website, are estimates. Please reach out to your local provider for a quote.

How to Set Up Precise Petcare as a Client-

 

• The Precise Petcare app is available for free in the Google/Android or Apple app stores. Download for easy access. 

• This software allows clients to request services, customize their pet profiles, access invoices, receive current updates, receive photos, access the terms of service/client forms/policies and more. 

• The button links to login or register are posted on this page.

1. On your web browser (desktop works best for registration), the URL for the client portal registration is www.furbabiespetsitting.petssl.com/account

2. Create an account:

-Fill out the info that will become your Client Login, including your Email Address, Password and Name.

-Click to sign the terms of service.

-Fill out the required fields in your profile from the Main Menu > Profile page.

-Add pet profiles from the Main Menu > Pets page. Include detailed information.

-Add a credit card on file for emergencies (we only charge this with permission from the Client).

-After performing the steps above the client will be able to request services (Please notate in the notes which Provider you would prefer) OR the Provider can add the booking to the schedule. After registering, you may login at any point at www.furbabiespetsitting.petssl.com/login or by visiting the app.

-Turn Automatic Credit Card Processing to OFF if you do NOT want to pay via credit card on the invoice due date automatically.​

Payment Methods Available:
ALL transactions go through the Owner. The Provider’s payout depends on their tier level. They receive 100% of the tips given to them after it is processed by the company.
