Our Providers are experienced at handling a wide range of animal species. We proudly provide care for traditional household pets such as dogs, cats, fish, pocket pets (hamsters, gerbils, guinea pigs); farm animals such as horses, goats, cattle, pigs, chickens, and ducks; reptiles; birds; legally owned exotic pets. It is at the discretion of the Pet Care Provider on what types they are okay with servicing. If you have an uncommon pet and would like to ask us about care, please send us your inquiry to discuss the details.

Do you require a meet and greet before services are rendered? • YES! How long does it last? Usually 30 minutes. Should Client's fill out the profile and pet profiles before the meet and greet? • YES, it gives our Providers' time to review the information ahead of time so they can focus on bonding and reviewing at the meet and greet. Do we charge a meet and greet deposit? • All Providers have discretion on whether or not to charge a meet & greet fee or deposit. Some Providers offer free meet & greets. If they choose a deposit, it is applied as a discount on your upcoming booking. If the Provider charges for the meet and greet, it will not be applied as a deposit. Is there any information about how a client operates Precise Pet Care? • YES! • https://furbabiespetsitting.petssl.com/client-manual(https://furbabiespetsitting.petssl.com/client-manual) Can we skip the Meet & Greet if I need a pet sitter ASAP and don’t have time to schedule one in advance? • NO, all new Clients must have a Meet & Greet before service. We will make every attempt to accommodate a short notice request to meet your needs, IF we can do so. What if a Client isn’t tech savvy? • Precise Pet Care is a very user-friendly app and has a desktop site available for use on a computer as well. We offer appointments for assistance and can accommodate paper-based processes, if necessary.

At Fur Babies Pet Sitting by Mikayla, LLC, we understand that entrusting someone with your home and beloved pets is a big responsibility. Our overnight housesitting service is designed to provide your pets with comfort, companionship, and care while also offering you peace of mind knowing your home is in good hands. What does Overnight Housesitting include? Our Pet Care Providers stay overnight to ensure your pets feel safe and secure during the evening and nighttime hours. During the day, we come and go as needed to meet your pet’s specific needs...whether it’s feeding, potty breaks, playtime, or administering medication. Why is there a service fee? We do our best to make our services affordable for Clients by allowing the Providers to come and go, while making sure the pets' are cared for according to the instructions. We do not usually provide continuous 24/7 care (where the Provider is not allowed to leave). 24/7 care would start at a $240/24 hours. If you are interested in this continuous care, please contact your local Provider to see if this is something they would be willing to do for you. Otherwise, our services and prices are thoughtfully organized to cover the tailored care and keep it affordable for Clients. Although our Providers are not present 24/7, overnight housesitting carries the responsibility of round-the-clock care. This means: • We remain on call to handle any emergencies or unexpected needs. • Your pets and home are prioritized throughout the duration of the service. • Providers schedule their time around your pet’s care, ensuring all needs are met during the day. • If something were to happen to your property, pets or to the Provider & it was the Provider's or Company's fault; You, your pets and your property are covered via Pet Care Insurance, Bonding and Fraud & Dishonesty Coverage. • You have someone certified, trained, insured, vetted and motivated showing up for your family and pets. The service fee reflects the commitment of having someone responsible for your pets and home at all times, even when not always physically present. It covers the responsibility, availability, and the flexibility our Providers offer. Why not 24/7 care? True 24/7 care requires constant, uninterrupted presence and comes at a significantly higher cost due to the intense level of attention and time commitment involved. Most of our Pet Care Providers have additional responsibilities outside of pet sitting but rest assured...They are fully dedicated to your pet’s well-being. Why does it cost more for young animals like puppies? At Fur Babies Pet Sitting by Mikayla, LLC, we understand that young animals have unique needs that require more specialized care and attention compared to adult animals. While adult animals may be more independent and established in their routines, young animals need extra support as they grow, learn, and adjust to their new environment. This is why young animal care typically costs more than adult animal care.

Drop In Visits with young animals Caring for a young pet requires extra time, patience, and specialized attention. Our Drop In Visits are designed to support your pet's development, establish healthy routines, and provide comfort while you’re away. Why do visits for young animals cost more? Young pets need more frequent care and closer supervision than adult pets. They are still learning boundaries, routines, and appropriate behaviors. These visits focus on nurturing growth, reinforcing training, and keeping your pet safe, comfortable, and confident. Oftentimes there are accidents to clean up, and extra tasks associated with a puppy, kitten, etc. It requires additional time, energy, and attention. The size, shape and age of your pet changes the correct way to perform first aid/CPR, which is something our Providers are prepared for. What’s included in our Walk service: • Customized Walks: We adapt each walk to suit your pet’s energy level, health, and behavior. From a leisurely stroll to a more energetic pace, your pet will receive the right amount of exercise and enjoyment. • Bathroom Breaks: Regular potty breaks during walks to ensure your pet’s comfort. During Overnight Housesitting, your pet receives daytime care as part of the service; including attention, potty breaks, feeding, walks (if walks are a part of their normal routine), medication (if needed) and companionship. While the Pet Care Provider may come and go during the day, all care instructions are followed. For example, if a puppy needs a potty break every two hours, the Provider will give breaks on that schedule, even if they have other visits to do. This service is not the same as our Drop-In Visit service, which is booked separately and can be tailored for daytime and evening care only, without overnight stays. Overnight House Sitting ensures your pet is cared for both during the day and overnight, following all instructions you provide.
